. K4 m: C+ L, k/ l0 P2 a; FExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary., l) y% @1 {: o9 x1 S
• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.0 H8 t/ T! L- X1 d: X6 ?1 u+ r) I# @
• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.
% G2 ~! l) \# R• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
9 g7 K7 q3 r) B0 M' T% F; W• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process. e! E' p8 f3 J" _; W6 ?% l
• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production. ; l3 q: h* o' d
• Follow up new machining processes and technologies and introduce to team.

• Optimize and improve current process to achieve best efficiency and cost.

9 w3 e" ^; z9 k+ k. r6 l• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.
9 t6 ~/ T& B# _, H/ F• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.
8 K5 v* X5 x5 t P0 c• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.
7 `$ q X2 t6 H% [* H# H8 d• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.+ I& T0 J! w$ ?! z2 y! I& o
• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.
9 I' F; P& _) H) {; \+ `• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.. V, K2 r' F) r1 s
• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.

• Have rich experience in many types of manufacture process included turning, milling, grinding, hobbing and CNC(4, 5axis), EDM, W/C etc.3 W+ Z6 W" N. {! S& t
• Be able to work effectively and efficiently.0 o. i* L- I& E4 H( ~
• Reading English is required.
