Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor + Z# q) \; _; U/ p& F) d4 A
Summary of Responsibility0 v$ ?: w. \6 o0 g3 f
Provides Mechanical & Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly% u. k* P+ s [( i W9 {+ ]
Key Accountabilities
5 W- U! B( r! ?; [1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area. % m! G! S+ L0 Y* O7 e7 P
2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
/ M0 x* ^' T) C/ z3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;7 q. `, Y* P3 H |$ |/ I2 z- C
4. Troubleshoot and investigates mechanical failures。Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement. .5 \* ~* \# |% o" X, d h# J. \: ]
5. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition ' J+ T2 t9 f; r3 ]
6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost 0 M/ ^3 p) C2 J7 X- S
7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.% }* P1 ?0 U& x' R
8. Coach and Manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project;

1. Bechelor degree or above with professional mechanical engineering 0 i! Z* ]6 ]/ i9 x r1 N% y
2. Above 3 years mechanical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting
! T6 ?% V9 z7 A$ P! b& V$ W$ n1 d3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing , t' j2 d: k" w: v* A- o1 w
4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system2 Z7 {5 k9 e4 E2 a
5. Good team work spirit and strong responsibility % Y& G4 k1 S4 k/ G: a* e/ D
6. Able to read and speak English (conversation level)
