Provides Mechanical & Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly
0 ~! K) s/ P' j, t) aKey Accountabilities
& A: g' {, x; @9 g1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area. 8 Y# e. c$ _# N6 C% v
2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment9 a+ H9 t: b. h0 I1 l
3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;% r9 l4 o6 f9 z; Z C) E6 B
4. Troubleshoot and investigates mechanical failures。Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement. .
! |$ O4 q$ W" o$ n3 n: c5. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition 8 F2 p# T$ J0 S4 r( a- C/ ^
6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost ! u; P$ `0 ^$ Z3 A
7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.7 G0 X0 N7 d( l( Y" W a1 Y5 c0 V
8. Coach and Manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project; " D8 a8 D N, k
Qualifications and Requirements
4 \* W8 Y8 ^& {$ L" @! y" S7 E1. Bechelor degree or above with professional mechanical engineering
" x5 [) J1 M" J1 i/ \7 Q: o2. Above 3 years mechanical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting
_- b) w: w) e& }' U3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing
1 J; m3 ~8 A: x' y# b: V) y4 n4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system

機械類,學歷可以放寬到大專,但是要求技術能力比較好,經驗豐富.
