我在做金屬切削仿真，在金屬切削仿真中采用自適應網格，但是在網格檢查時出現自適應不能使用單元畸變控制！！！
3 F- A" {" _- E; F# w問題描述如下：0 O0 w. ?& o" J
Adaptive meshing is not supported for elements used with the distortion control.
, W& E* A: F+ B* q, v' j$ ?Domain name: assembly_adapt2 g8 M) c6 }) l# M2 t2 D# t
Abaqus/Explicit Packager exited with an error - Please see the status file for possible error messages if the file exists.

+ E0 _9 y! v2 [% [7 t% H但是不用網格畸變控制吧，又出現了網格畸變問題：
% a4 D; @( A% j: V2 w9 J' V0 T, n$ X0 QThe elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.
% i9 D2 G$ i1 d9 U' A- cThe elements in element set ErrElemZeroALEMass-Step1 have zero or negative mass.
V0 w+ ~8 d2 K/ T+ s9 YPrint-out suppressed for subsequent distorted elements
