1.Engineering 工程技術(shù)
Familiar with heavy duty casting machining process
精通大型鑄鐵件、鑄鋼件的金屬切削加工工藝；
Have good understanding of engineering drawings.
能夠識(shí)別Auto CAD工程圖紙，熟悉工程圖紙公差配合等。
Familiar with Fanuc 18i and Siemens 840D system and machining program writing
熟悉Fanuc18i和西門子840D操作系統(tǒng), 依據(jù)圖紙能進(jìn)行金屬切削編程；
Responsible for new product introduction，and design fixture and select machining tools according to engineering drawings.
負(fù)責(zé)新品的開發(fā)，根據(jù)加工圖紙和工藝選擇合適刀具，并進(jìn)行夾具設(shè)計(jì)，和加工工藝的編制工作；
Release process method instruction and SOP procedures
發(fā)行工藝卡和相關(guān)操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)書，監(jiān)督首件的制作，并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)。
Check first workpiece sample.
負(fù)責(zé)樣品或首件的測試工作
Track and improve the existing work methods, reduce machining time and tool cost
追蹤和改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有的工作方法，降低加工時(shí)間和生產(chǎn)刀具制造成本。

2.  Participate in and support Ceiko quality and productivity improvement activities, reduce machining time and save tooling cost.
參與并支持公司各類的品質(zhì)改良、生產(chǎn)力提升等活動(dòng)，進(jìn)行持續(xù)不斷的改善:減少加工時(shí)間和節(jié)省刀具費(fèi)用。

3．Work with QA people to contact clients for technical and quality issues
配合質(zhì)量人員聯(lián)系客戶有關(guān)于技術(shù)和質(zhì)量加工方面的問題

4．Collect and provide technical basic knowledge for engineering, such as estimated machining time, tooling and fixture setup cost.
對(duì)新產(chǎn)品，收集并提供基本技術(shù)信息，如：預(yù)估的加工時(shí)間、刀具和工裝投資費(fèi)用等。

5．Plan training schedule and prepare  training documents for new products
針對(duì)新產(chǎn)品，提供培訓(xùn)資料和培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃

6.  Accomplish assignments by production supervisors
完成主管指派的任務(wù)

Note: Ceiko can provide opportunity to promote high level as engineering department head

Job Requirements（要求）:

Education:  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree-大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred-工業(yè)工程或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)


Personal       Must be an excellent communicator.  Must demonstrate working
Characteristics:knowledge in all disciplines of World Class Manufacturing Field.
                  Good initiative and strong sense of urgency. Team approach to problem solving.
                  Individual must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work
                  independently and/or in a cross-functional work team environment.
                  優(yōu)秀的溝通者，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，工作有緊迫感，能夠彈性地工作，能夠獨(dú)立解決問題的能力。

Work          Minimum of 8 years related experience in technical job in the high
Experience:    precision CNC machining environment.至少8年CNC金屬加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Have the skill of fixture design, tooling selections, processing method and processing timing, CNC programming and parts' measurement.
精通工裝設(shè)計(jì)、刀具選型、加工方法制訂、CNC 編程和量具選擇&測量.

Skills: Know and work with metals field (products / raw material)
必須熟悉金屬產(chǎn)品制造加工
Computer skills – Auto CAD, MS Office required
熟練使用CAD制圖軟件和辦公室軟件，會(huì)3D三維軟件者優(yōu)先考慮

Qualification：1. 至少5年實(shí)際操作CNC立車或者龍門銑的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
      Minimum of 5 years working experience in CNC machining operation-required
                        2．能夠讀懂圖紙，根據(jù)圖紙進(jìn)行編程等
                              Can read engineering drawing and write CNC machining program-required
                        3．必須熟悉法蘭克和西門子操作系統(tǒng)
                              Familiar with Fanuc 18i and Siemens 840D system-required
                        4．精通CNC程式編寫/修改或加工參數(shù)的設(shè)定。
                              Machining program writing -required
                        5．能進(jìn)行簡單的英語交流，可以優(yōu)先考慮。
                              Language skill: Good command of English spoken-preferred

如果這么多年一直都勤奮鉆研、善于學(xué)習(xí)總結(jié)的話，現(xiàn)在的我應(yīng)該可以試試，可惜假設(shè)不成立啊
