Job descriptions:

2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
# ~" Z, V& V( V5 b: X- e3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,
+ Z( p  Z6 {" w5 @4. To execute presentations and support during sales negotiations;
5. Attendance at shows and events in the headquarter;
6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
! S  H+ E% J, `7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
5 j- [( f/ h4 ?  u8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;
8 U9 j6 R6 |2 m9. Define rules for pricing projects, material and services;
10. Finish other tasks assigned by the CTO.

Qualifications Request:
1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;
2. 10+ years related working experience;
. N; r* Z" ?" Q+ Y' s3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

2.Project Engineer
Responsibility：
) h7 ~, `- ~6 q' w% T4 p1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
: ]8 u  w% J& Daccumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
% ]2 K  Q% S* U5 L* J3 g; w0 n2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
; G5 ]8 r% _1 q2 Y& C  ~* o8 xthe machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
# n' e$ G6 M9 P/ M; n3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
# ?- r  Z* y! }- Hand final acceptance of machine;
4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
service engineers and customers on grinding technology;
# k1 ?' p8 S. h$ A3 t5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
& J; j$ h- G3 Q6 }% Fcustomer on the field of tool grinding process;
6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;
7. Visit customers for sales support
! p4 a) i- z2 r8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Requirements：
$ c# g$ J1 m4 B0 @' A1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
electrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
2. 5+ years related working experience;
, p, v  a3 j  r3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
- R6 v0 c8 c# _) ]4. Proved project management skills
( t8 v, H7 b# Z! B5. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work
independently;
/ l# J- s1 U- ~: W7 C  ]6. Good communication skills both on written and oral;
7. Average English skills both on written and oral;
8. Willing to travel regularly (also to Europe);
9. Familiar with office software;
