有沒有外籍機加工專家愿意到東莞工作?

不知道各位大大身邊是否有外籍機加工專家愿意到東莞工作呢,年齡可以放寬到60歲,年薪優厚。0 X+ P" @. \6 y5 D$ u2 i

15年的工作經驗,機械加工工藝師,這個職位,找個鬼子或阿三比較適合。5 c: {% _( X8 R+ f4 W/ B
國人的技術還需更進一大步啊,rmb都讓老外撈走了。

謝謝上面,行家扎堆的地方就是不一樣,外籍是客戶要求(個人認為如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上機加工經驗那么華人亦可),年薪在70-80萬RMB吧視經驗而定,至于產品嗎可以以TTI的產品為參考,另外要強調一點的是這不是一個管理崗,不需要帶團隊,像樓上所說的更像一個顧問,稍后我把工作描述貼出來

% V9 e2 y+ j) r. L2 ^' S2 f我認識得的超過60歲了,經驗和能力都沒問題,但都是基于不同產品,沒有所有產品都精通的全才。
$ {, `( D; j( z* w4 Y" l以某一類產品為前提,從毛坯到成品,包括刀夾量輔,從工藝到檢測,至少做顧問沒有問題。

外籍就是外籍,外地就是外地。  Y9 \% f: W! x' \8 }: j" b9 W
看重外籍,大概是希望有張“國際化”的臉面吧,歐美的就困難了,來國內教個英語都要十幾k月薪,做操作工,可能要翻倍才愿意來吧。
