0 L, o* R5 R# U/ @8 v. {8 w" ?! u" A: qExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

: K* ^& g2 ~1 F( A; |6 Z• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.
# e* }7 P- b, I; P# C* y• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.; I; G g! T2 e9 T8 S# C6 T
• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.
- U4 Z2 i2 D* X1 \4 T( S7 C• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.4 q/ T( n- Y. e$ t
• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.
% Q/ i+ G |. ?5 R2 o• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production.
' Y4 ~$ m j& L5 c• Follow up new machining processes and technologies and introduce to team.
# O9 n5 Q5 P0 w3 a7 w• Work closely with quality team to analyze and solve quality problems.3 P% O1 l/ b; V3 A+ G. [
• Optimize and improve current process to achieve best efficiency and cost.

• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.
9 K7 n R$ D4 J• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.
) \8 F" G: P2 \• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.
1 C$ n- M3 M- x/ @• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
; t( A0 i# P7 D• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively. a5 {5 m5 H9 [% @) H- |
• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement./ |3 M! L. y( x' m- O5 n
• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
8 N9 z* N$ _3 j8 E `• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration.
1 v1 s5 j' n6 B• Have rich experience in many types of manufacture process included turning, milling, grinding, hobbing and CNC(4, 5axis), EDM, W/C etc.2 S0 S$ Z/ M$ D7 E5 C Z i
• Be able to work effectively and efficiently.
