LZ是某比利時公司駐阿曼的亞洲市場負責人，我來幫公司招個駐卡塔爾項目的機械工程師。

卡塔爾某港口建設(shè)項目，項目主為卡塔爾公司，比利時公司負責項目的整體監(jiān)測和控制，項目承包商是一家中國國企。現(xiàn)在招一位工程師主要負責公司和項目承包商之間的溝通，項目進度報告，執(zhí)行監(jiān)督和總控。

具體項目范圍：
6 R" Q: q  v" C9 _6 _港口區(qū)域水泥卸料，輸送存儲，以及裝車終端的電力和機械設(shè)備和實施。

有相關(guān)項目管理經(jīng)驗，能夠中英文交流。年齡在30-45 左右。

Job Description Resident Project Superintendent

The company undertakes the role of the Engineer as defined in the FIDIC conditions of Contract for Plant and Design Build for Electrical and Mechanical Plant, and for the Building and Engineering Works with the detailed Design to be done by the contractor.
The Project Scope consists of the Plant and Design‐Build construction of a Cement unloading, Conveying‐Storage and Truck Fill Terminal Project in the Port of Messaieed Qatar.
For the on‐site supervision of above project works the company is looking for a Resident Engineer to manage the EPC contractor during the execution of works. At this stage the Civil Works are in progress and nearing the end. The Installation works of the Steel Structure, Equipment erection and Installation of Electric and Control will start shortly and will last for 10 months including Testing and Commissioning as well as start‐up and training of the Customer operators.
The tasks of the Resident Superintendent are “’hands on”
 Acting between the company representative and the contractor
' d3 j/ J6 P7 m( n representing the Employer's interests during the execution of the works,
together with the company representative
 Following up the agreed schedule and its reporting on the progress of the works
 coordinating with the various professional people working on the project
 making sure that all the aims of the project are met
  n; L# r. o& r* F& m+ q making sure the quality standards are met
. E& P$ e# x) _* Y$ m keep track of people and progress
4 N% M3 R' R1 U, g7 ^ monitoring the contractor and its sub‐contractors to ensure guidelines are
maintained
9 a. H" C% o1 g7 a! m" O$ g" Y# E4 c/ E" V overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
/ }5 Q% @8 e) ~4 s. \# J understanding the internal discussion “within” the ranks of the contractor

* Y2 u9 V( ~8 V* i0 F* Y& O4 q) n9 lFor above function we are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with experience in managing projects able to communicate in English with the Employer and in Chinese with the Contractor complying with the underneath skills

其實社區(qū)可以組織一個外圍組織，誰想去駐外，提供后臺技術(shù)支持，以后這類事情會越來越多，可惜都被三哥與‘菲哥’搶走了，國人一邊鄙視三哥與菲哥，另外還得在他們手下混，可嘆了，哈哈哈
