Thank you for sending pictures and asking for clarification on this issue.  I agree that the factory has misunderstood our requested change.  We have reviewed the pictures that the factory sent and they are actually making the bracket sleeve wider which will make the problem worse. They need to make the bracket sleeve narrower so that it fits more snugly.
