This part is on the heat exchanger, once install the tube it needs to be enlarged at the end just follows the taper portion. Yes, it is difficult to cut it out, even it is forged 316 sst. I have a idea, it can be machined on the high speed machine after drilling, just like machining the deep taper pocket.
