我新買了一臺壓力機,63噸的,加好油以后開車沒問題,聲音也不大,可是下午在用了一會兒突然聲音就特別大了,求求各位大俠......救救我...

再好好看看，是齒輪泵嗎？是齒輪泵就比較麻煩，齒輪泵比較便宜，有些廠家的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不行，基節(jié)誤差大，有些是齒面硬度有問題，壽命很短，只要壓力能保證，湊合用也行，

安裝是否牢靠！應(yīng)該把振動考慮進去！

1  吸油管道太細(xì)。
2  液壓油太臟，吸油口沒安裝過濾器。
3 B7 t6 f, d; B0 Y2 Y3  電機和泵的同軸度不好，連軸器選型安裝不當(dāng)。
4  齒輪泵泵殼低壓側(cè)磨損。
$ g, h4 e% M6 u% J5 O) r5  圓型配油盤磨損。
8 S6 B3 ?2 v) R. L一般齒輪泵沒修的價值，換一個新的拉到。找個師傅出場費也要150啊。

請查看泵是否快速嚴(yán)重發(fā)熱,如是可斷定泵側(cè)板或軸承燒傷,泵壞換新.
