Responsibilities:

- Chassis Structure Design for the products in ICU or operation room with thermal/vibration/shielding/biocompartibility/clean consideration

- Evaluation and qualification of critical mechanical parts + S: n- v# {8 x! k9 a) I+ ~8 w3 y- X
Requirements:
- *experience in airway/valve design
; U+ H4 y' @4 R# L7 n
- *5+ year in mechanical design of bench instruments chassis, such like UPS, PC server 3 f, u6 P- A: t+ \7 v! ?
- *medical instruments experience is preferred. ( v. Q2 g' ^: a; s6 ^

Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the mechanical design of Lotus III, as well as other Lotus family projects
Requirements:
- Technically savvy; must be able to discuss, understand and make decisions in a wide range of engineering disciplines and complex technical issues

- Good understanding of medical device industry and competitor products. Working knowledge/experience in other engineering field will be considered.

- In depth knowledge and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts to product development utilize innovative approaches.

- Knowledgeable on design reliable and innovative mechanical systems and mechanisms for customized products.

- Knowledgeable on manufacturing processes including stamping, molding, machining, MIM and extrusions.

- Knowledgeable on different materials, both plastic and metallic material # J" b6 G: {4 d5 P+ f+ E
- Knowledgeable on application of drafting practices, GD&T, 1D tolerance analysis and 3D analysis.9 c4 K+ y" D5 I2 v8 S+ j
- Good clinical knowledge for product utilizations.

- Knowledge of kinematic and stress analysis of mechanical systems is preferred. 6 ?9 e& }: X) p
- Experience in a medical device development project, from concept to market is preferred.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Fluency in English required.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of medical device industry and competitor products. Working knowledge/experience in other engineering field will be considered.

- Knowledge of statistical process control in mass production as well as Six Sigma (DFSS) for design validation and optimization.
