半鍵連接?動平衡因該在整根軸帶齒輪的裝配體完成后整體做的,把這個要求寫在這里應該要REF一個裝配圖要求。, N6 ]2 _& T3 q1 Q' c

保護刮傷正常,保護刀痕不正常。刀痕都是加工出來的,不存在保護就會消失。 # i! k# d" V7 |9 H5. WHILE HOBBING LEAVE .29-.30 GRINDING STOCK TO FINISH THE GEAR. & s4 }% T& _5 L2 a6 |$ [& i! k?這是客戶對供應商的產品需求嗎?怎么看起來像打工做工藝分析的?; ?! d1 K& j1 K

倒角處訂個1.6的光潔度就行 * }, v, ]1 c2 o, X5 G7 P* W10.UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, CONCENTRICITY, SQUARENESS & PARALLELISM TO BE WITHIN 0.254 TIR: R+ E% ~$ J1 s- T
同軸度,垂直度,平行度都要有參照標準的,哪有可能沒有specified啊?而且本身這3個值本身就是TIR,不需要說明 " Z7 S: A v" u9 U8 o12.MAGNETIC PARTICLE TEST AND INSTPECT. + z5 f6 U \: }: h5 K$ p9 U; w探傷之后要說哪些區域有傷可接受或者全部不接受+ O) r' i8 t% Y2 ?9 L

我通常會用Break all burr. Sharp edge本身在機械零件里不是缺陷,該有的地方是你設計成它有。要是日用品就不能存在sharp edge。 & h# V+ [0 V) \, w! C: F* _9 ~5 {2 V14.BURNISH MARKED AREA WITH (*). ! a7 u$ y. y+ f. l0 p: R6 p1 l: f1 a: [; C" ]# t
老兄的東西每次看都有新發現。但是如果是一個齒輪的note,好像該有的東西全部沒有:. d! D4 u" Z9 R3 x O
