6.016 inch ± ID x 0.25 inch ± wall x 80.5 inch ± Length Aluminum Core ID Tolerance of +0.011 inch ±/-0.018 inch ± Machined 9 inch ± in from each end of core
Wall thickness tolerance +/- 0.025 inch ± for the remaining middle of core
Core is straightened to 0.0048 inch ±/ft,
centerless ground to 32 RMS finish then hard coat anodized to 1.7-2.3 MIL Thickness
6061-T6 Alloy
Modulus of elasticity is 10,000
