Responsibilities

Handle incoming sales calls and emails from potential and existing customers in a team environment. Quote custom systems and conduct sales follow-up and order closing.
• Qualify, develop and grow new business through direct sales efforts utilizing knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications

( ?3 k+ H8 }: a% a$ L/ N1 qMinimum of 5 years sales experience in the industrial computer industry. Experience selling to the Military or Military Prime Contractors a Big Plus. Must be highly conversant in system integration, rack-mount enclosures, motherboards and single board computers, backplanes and digital and analog I/O cards. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication are required, as well as,  strong phone skills and the ability to be persuasive.  Must be familiar with MS Office products and have experience with contact management and quote software.  
• Experience with defense, factory automation and data acquisition applications is preferred.

看這個，也不是很容易，要5年相關銷售經驗，還是指定行業的，在這些特殊行業連續干5年的，或干夠5年的，在中國也不是很多，

) l, F8 s7 k/ d% ~: I米國公司只是比較尊重人，不會難為你，也不會捏著你耳朵試工，聽你說覺得行，你許諾能干什么，基本就可以了，人家一般有面子，實在干不出就自己走人了，也不會賴在一個公司，覺得人家看不起，人家‘戶口’你只能看一下，公司沒有資格復印什么，法律非常嚴厲的

論工作，首選米國公司，氣氛好，其次是北歐公司，但必須上進，在北歐公司還是有壓力的，因為人家自己都自覺努力，你看到那個氣氛就自己著急，米國沒有這個感覺，

$ K$ T0 w. \' L4 M說得太好了，現在我得老大就是墨西哥人和德國人，他們的機械知識面十分廣，什么都懂，我們和他們相比完全不在一個層次，一個字，服！fighting.

最大的區別就是招進來的工作成分不一樣了 中國大部分是要這個要求但做的是高中生的活

5年以上工業電腦行業銷售經驗。有跟軍方或軍方主要供應商交易經驗的優先。必須對系統集成，機柜安裝外殼，主板和單板電腦，背板和數模I/O采集板卡有很好的了解。
注重細節，良好的組織能力，主動積極是必須的；
  W8 Q: \5 X( \' K良好書寫和口頭交流能力，同時，有良好的電話溝通技巧以及說服技巧。必須熟悉MS辦公軟件，有聯系管理和報價軟件使用的經驗
