1.Perpendicularity is out of tolerance: drawing's  requirement is Φ125±0.011, perpendicularity tolerance of the outer circle and end face is 0.03mm, fact measurement is 0.06mm.
" @$ G4 @& o' ~& B, ]+ ?9 h2. Parallelism is out of tolerance: the required parallelism between the bottom assemble datum plane and guide installiaton plane is 0.02mm, fact measurement is 0.05mm.7 [- G$ G6 N' s% o
3. Straightness is out of tolerance: fact measurement of the guide's front edge is 0.26mm(Middle is concave)$ _' d" @+ k0 T/ G, e* r
4. Dimension is out of tolerance: drawing's  requirement is Φ150+0.04, distance between the hole center and the bottom is required 145±0.03mm, fact measurement is 144.94mm.+ w: a7 F( C2 t! I0 t6 B
5. There are two repair-welding on the assemble datum plane, protruding 0.03mm(15mm long and 5mm wide), see attached photo.
